June is over and this is good because in absolute terms it is my first losing month. For most of the hands for the month I took a shot at 400NL that was not good. Afterwords I recovered a bit on 200NL and together with moving to PLO200 and having my first successful PLO month I almost reached break-even

In July I will put more hours and look very seriously into my game,so that I could take another shot next month. I feel like I can beat the game and all I need is a bit more discipline of folding when I am beat…

April was tough!

I finally understood and accepted that I cannot play more than 6 tables of 200NL or higher, I lose focus and I make light calls in situations where it is obvious that I am beat. Hence my May resolution is that I will play 4 tables all the time with occational 5tabling while I am selecting tables.

I finished this month good but mostly due to two good sessions of 2/4 which basically contributed for half the winnings of this month. Not a great result

On the positive note this month was the first month ever that I finished in the green while playing PLO. I tried a 30/20 style and was running quite good.

My goals for this month are to book 30k hands of NLHE and 10k of PLO. Lets see how this goes…

Since the beginning of the month, I have been running way below expectation, 6 buyins not counting coolers.
Today’s session was just the cherry on the cake. I started and after 800 hands I was 5 buyins behind. The crazy thing is that my expected winnings were actually in the green.

I lost AK << AQ preflop, TT << AK (money went in on low flop), top set vs flopped straight, bottom two vs flopped straight and also lost two preflop flips.
I made a break and afterwards I had a great session in which I recovered and finished only half buy-in behind and only 3buyins below expectation.

My worst month ever...OK, I stop bitching now

I haven’t posted in a while, which is something I should be more responsible about.
I decided that anyway I am thinking about poker most of the time, I might as well make regular small posts instead of monthly stats update.
The last few months things have been going very well pokerwise. Everything except that Germany banned online gambling and some of the smaller sites kicked me out.
I moved to one of the toughest fields online, the FTP, and after starting from 0/5/1 currently I am moving up to 1/2…
I started well last month, but then had a big downswing at the end so I finished at only 1ptbb/100,worst month since September

October was a weird month, I tried to play a lot in order to qualify for the BPO, but last 10 days I just didn’t have enought time. Of course it was mostly my fault, cause the first 10 days I spend a lot of time playing SNGs and PLO.

I did not qualify for the BPO from the SNG sateliite with 2 places guaranteed, after some weak plays from my side and an unsuccessfull flop push on the bubble with MP+FD << TP. I feel that my game is too tight when the game gets 3-4 handed. I have to put in some SNGs to improve this aspect.

This month I moved up to NL100 and pulled off around 40k hands on this limit. It seems that the players are generally more competent and the regulars almost never stack with TPTK. However, the month was reasonably good and I have been able to keep 2bb/100. I would like to improve to at least 4bb/100 for the next month when there is even a reload bonus...sweeet, free moneyz!!!

I played a lot of small tournaments (fields size in the order of 30-60 ) this month and???? I had some great success in them, final tableing every second and getting a lot of high finishes. However, not a single first place! For the whole month I do not have a first place in a donkament(~40), SNG(3), HUSNG(2). Feels kinda bad. I guess I have to work more on shortstacked(15-25bb) HU. I seem to push too easy with top 20% hands. I am also either too aggressive or too passive and this doesn't work out well
In general this was a great month and I am looking forward to keeping up the good scores next month also.

Goals for December: 30k on NL100 with > 4bb/100. 30-40 small tourneys and work on PLO50 ….
